With their considerable support; the head of Petition Committee in TBMM (Grand National Assembly of Turkey) Ms. Belma SATIR, AK Party Istanbul Provincial Women's Branch Chairperson Rabia İLHAN, Kartal District Women's Branch Head Ms. Hatice ALBAYRAK honored us by visiting our association.
As the first and only sectoral women's association of the elevator business world, we informed them about the details of our "Elevator Education Mobilization in Vocational High Schools" project, which is the most comprehensive vocational education project of the elevator sector that we have carried out throughout Turkey, during the meeting where we informed them about our work on women's employment, sectoral development and vocational training.
Emphasizing that the employment of young people with qualified education is very important in the development of the country's economy and industrial sector, Ms. Belma SATIR stated that in this sense, AYSKAD's vocational training activities in schools are very valuable and that they will become follower and supporter the project to reach its conclusion as soon as possible and to commission new projects.
Ms. Rabia İLHAN, with whom we agree that women, who struggle to exist in all areas of life with their knowledge and skills, always have to work more than their male colleagues due to their responsibilities in home life and their motherhood qualities, stated that women overcome all these duties and responsibilities they undertake in social life with great devotion, that women who do not give up in the face of difficulties become stronger in the face of these difficulties, and underlined that great struggles bring great successes. At the end of the meeting, we gave information about the general situation of the Turkish elevator sector and conveyed the current problems of our sector to them together with our solution suggestions.
