ELEVATOR WORLD Turkey - Regional Vocational Training Mobilization from AYSKAD

Established on February 4, 2018 with 28 female founding members, AYSKAD started its first project with the AYSKAD Academy, which was first established under the Education Commission. In this context, the project called “Regional Vocational Training Mobilization will meet the needs of Çınarlı Technical High School, one of the oldest technical high schools in the Aegean Region.

Within the scope of the protocol, the application workshops will be equipped with the latest technology, the curriculum will be updated according to the new regulations and trainers will be provided theoretically and practically. In addition, sectoral presentations will be made to 34 students and their parents who will be trained in the elevator department in 2018-2019 academic year.
With the demands of the schools, the project was implemented with the support of regional associations and leading companies of the sector and the coordinator of the project is Gülgün Gülol, President of AYSKAD Education Commission.

In the statement made by Yasemin Bulut, Chairwoman of AYSKAD, “It will be the first time in our sector that the school-industry cooperation model is being implemented with a non-governmental organization. As AYSKAD, we believe that the basic principle for the sustainable development of our sector is to support vocational education. For this basic principle, we invite all our associations and leading companies to be sensitive and support the project.

She said “We aim to implement our training activities that will bridge the future of our sector  locally across in Turkey by creating power units in solidarity and integrity.”
